In the realm of electronic dance music, few artists possess the studio prowess of Norwegian songwriter and producer Joki (Joki but with a Y). With a keen ear for infectious melodies and a talent for crafting innovative soundscapes, Joki has long been a behind-the-scenes force in the music industry. Now, he’s emerging from the shadows to showcase his own dynamic urban dance sound, demonstrating that his skills extend far beyond the mixing board.

After years of shaping the sound of other artists, Joki is making a triumphant return to electronic music with his latest releases. His debut track “Tequila Libra,” released on Sony Music Germany’s NITRON Music, set the tone for his solo career with its pulsating energy. Building on this momentum, Joki’s follow-up single “Buy A Castle” further cements his position in the electronic dance world. These tracks are just the beginning of a string of releases planned for the year, each one promising to push the boundaries of what listeners expect from dance music.

Joki’s transition to a solo act comes after an impressive career collaborating with some of the biggest names in the industry. His production credits read like a who’s who of pop music, including work with superstars such as Britney Spears, Zara Larsson, and XXXTENTACION. This diverse background has uniquely positioned Joki to bring a fresh perspective to electronic dance music, infusing his tracks with elements from various genres to create a sound that is uniquely his own.

As Joki continues to evolve as an artist, he remains committed to innovation both in his music and his approach to the industry. His latest tracks showcase a producer of versatile range, unafraid to experiment with tempo, samples, and unexpected sonic elements. Beyond his own creations, Joki is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent, planning to open his studio and share his expertise with aspiring artists across all genres. With his finger on the pulse of electronic music and a wealth of experience to draw from, Joki is poised to become a significant force in the dance music scene.
