Bart Skils returns to Drumcode with something you didn’t see coming—a collaboration with Turkish-German producer Deniz Koyu. Their new track, ‘Your Mind on Acid,’ is out now on Adam Beyer’s imprint, and it hits with purpose.

The connection felt natural from the start. A mutual friend linked them, and Koyu sent over an early sketch. One listen was enough. The acid line grabbed Skils immediately, and from there, they pushed the idea forward together. What they built leans into that raw, jacking acid energy, layered with dark, hypnotic vocals that lock you in. It feels just as at home in a packed club as it does on a festival stage.

The track didn’t sit still for long. It quickly found its way into some of the label’s biggest moments—Drumcode Mallorca, the Factory Town showcase during Miami Music Week, and even Skils’ marathon 10-hour set at Thuishaven in Amsterdam. Those sets gave it space to breathe, and you can hear how it resonates with a crowd. For Koyu, this marks his first release on Drumcode, and it signals a shift. He’s spent years moving between the commercial and underground worlds, with appearances at Tomorrowland, Ultra, and EDC, plus collaborations across the scene. Here, he sharpens his focus. The sound is tougher, more direct, and clearly built with intent.

The release also keeps Skils’ momentum strong in 2026. Earlier this year, he teamed up with Weska for ‘For the Music,’ and his touring schedule has stayed relentless, with stops at Awakenings, Loveland, and the 30 Years of Drumcode celebration in Bogotá. He’s not slowing down—and this track proves it.
