THE BEST OF THE INDUSTRY REUNITED IN KAPPA FUTURFESTIVAL, OVER 120, 000 TICKETS SOLD AND 150 NATIONS PRESENT THIS YEAR
Kappa FuturFestival returned to Torino for its 12th year, cementing its legacy as Italy’s largest electronic music festival and arguably its most electrifying. Under the blazing Italian sun, a record 120,000 attendees from over 150 nations gathered in Parco Dora for three days of world-class music, art, and escapism – proving why the festival recently ranked 6th Best Festival in the World in DJ Magazine’s Top 100.
Across 6 stages there was over 36 hours of music, with 14 after parties and 118 different artists taking to the stage. With that much music, there is simply too many highlights to mention, but some of our favourites; Carl Cox returning for his 9th time, debuting his new fully live set on the Voyager stage. Long-time Futur friend Seth Troxler is always a highlight along with standout sets from Charlotte De Witte, Joseph Capriati, Peggy Gou, Solomon, Adam Beyer going b2b with Maceo Plex, Anyma and Nina Kraviz. There was a surprise pop up b2b set from Kevin De Vries and Enrico Sangiuliano on the new Lab stage. And brilliant sets from the likes of Pawsa, Anotr, DJ Hell, Boris Brejcha, Diplo plus superb live shows from Floating Points and Caribou who made his festival debut to close the NOVA Stage on Sunday night.

Having always prided themselves on being a multi-cultural festival welcome to all, this year was no exception with over 150 different nationalities making it to Parco Dora, with the biggest nations present being Italy, France, UK, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, USA, and Brazil.
Each year the festival betters itself, whether that’s by expanding the viewing platforms, improving the flow between stages, bettering the sound systems, or even adding new stages – this year’s new addition being The Lab. There’s so much music to discover across the site, fans can quickly move between the stages, assuring it’s easy to hop from set to set to cope with all those big clashes. Since its inception in 2023 The Voyager stage has quickly become one of the most popular spaces, with its huge digital screen dominating the skyline. NOVA Stage never disappoints and as its name suggests the Solar Stage gets full sun all day long, which definitely adds to the intensity of its lineup. The main Futur Stage remains as iconic and rammed as ever, but the festival’s best kept secret continues to be the Kosmo Stage. Hidden away in a leafy corner of the festival, it blends the world of art, music and technology designed by artist Marinella Senatore, with a massive attention grabbing and photo worthy ‘Dance Now Think Later’ neon instantly impressing.
For those that were eager to keep the fun going, there was a huge number of after parties. Across the city festival goers had the opportunity to dance all night at clubs like Audiodrome, Azimut Club, Q35, Bunker and Centralino to the likes of Fleur Shore, Paco Osuna, Youniverse, Airod, Novah, Francesco Del Garda, Ryan Elliott, Seth Troxler, Vintage Culture, Beltran Fiorella, DJ Hell, Chris Liebing, Binh, Inner Lakes, Dixon, Maceo Plex, Kerri Chandler, Simone De Kunovich, DVS1.
